Nutrition is where we will be making most of our gains. When we are training you physically we will also be trying to train you nutritionally. It is really important to start making better choices to make yourself feel like you are getting the most out of your training, this means planning healthy meals.
We normally start you on a food diary and depending on where you are with your current diet will give you nutritional guidance based on that.
We have calorie and macro nutrient targets for you and is often dependent on your sex, weight, goal and current nutritional profile.
Using apps such as My Fitness Pal, you can see what you are eating, the calories and the macro nutrient content. This is really important as understanding what you eat and how it effect you will allow you to make better long term choices.
