Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a vigorous and more cardio approach to a Vinyasa flow style of yoga. It is considered by many as ‘gym yoga’ which is closely modelled on Ashtanga yoga. Expect to link movement with breath in a fast paced, intense and dynamic class that will make you sweat. This class will have a strong focus on the core and will leave you feeling like you have worked really hard.
